Order Confirmation
Once your SK-1 Panther order and payment are confirmed, we arrange production specifically for your order.
Custom Production
Your OWAY SK-1 Panther enters production at our factory in China. Our team checks the specifications, assembly and overall appearance before shipment.
Customer Inspection & Approval
After production is completed, we send you actual photos and videos of your bike for review.
We arrange shipment only after you confirm that the bike meets the agreed specifications and is ready for dispatch.
Transport to China Port
Once you approve your bike, we arrange transport from our factory to the departure port in China for export processing and loading.
Ocean Freight to the UK
Your Panther is transported by sea from China to a UK arrival port. Our logistics team coordinates the international shipping process.
UK Customs Clearance & Taxes
Upon arrival in the United Kingdom, your shipment goes through the required import customs clearance procedures.
Applicable import duties and taxes are processed before the shipment is released.
Arrival at UK Warehouse
After customs clearance, your bike is transported to our UK logistics warehouse for final delivery arrangements.
Final Truck Delivery
Your OWAY SK-1 Panther is dispatched from the UK warehouse and transported by truck to your designated delivery address in the United Kingdom.

We believe buying a custom electric bike should be a transparent experience. That's why we share production photos and videos for your confirmation before dispatch.
IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION
Estimated timeframe: The normal total delivery period is approximately 50–60 calendar days, starting after order and payment confirmation.
Actual delivery: Delivery times may be affected by production schedules, customer approval timing, vessel schedules, port congestion, customs clearance, public holidays, weather and local transportation. The actual delivery date may be earlier or later than the estimate.
Taxes and customs: Customs clearance and applicable import taxes are processed during shipment. Whether these charges are included in your purchase price depends on the shipping terms confirmed for your order.
UK road use: The high-performance SK-1 Panther is not classified as a standard UK road-legal EAPC. Public road use requires compliance with applicable vehicle approval, registration, insurance, licensing and other legal requirements. Otherwise, use is restricted to suitable private land with the landowner's permission.
