The bike arrived with a little shipping damage, nothing serious and it didn’t affect the bike at all. FedEx honestly makes me a little nervous with big packages like this.

Other than that, I’m really happy with the SK-1 Ultra. OWAY’s customer service was actually very good. Right after I placed the order, someone reached out to me by text and email to keep me updated.

When I told them about the damaged part, they responded fast and sent me a brand-new replacement part right away. Replacing it was pretty easy too, nothing complicated.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with the bike and especially with how OWAY handled the after-sales service.

Assembly was pretty easy. I scanned the QR code and followed the video. Took it out for a ride the same day and everything worked great.

The SK-1 has plenty of power and feels really stable on the road. Battery life has been great so far. Definitely one of the coolest e-bikes I’ve owned.

Had a small issue after delivery and contacted OWAY. They sent me the replacement part and helped me install it. Everything is working perfectly now.
