At Trending Custom, we go the extra mile to get all orders fulfilled and successfully delivered as soon as possible since we completely understand that the order arriving on time for your special occasions is essential.

Production and Standard Delivery times
Please keep in mind that your package’s Estimated Arrival = Production time + Shipping time.

Production process includes the time for fulfilling orders based on your personalization, quality checking to ensure that every item reaches our customers in the best condition and finally packaging. Since all items are made to order, a certain amount of time is required for production before sending them out to you.
Shipping time is calculated from the day your order leaves our door to your delivery address.
Production and Shipping time varies depending on what types of items you purchase and the delivery location. Kindly note that this is the estimated time frame only:

International Orders:
It may take additional days if orders have to go through customs. We have no influence on the customs process and our apologies for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.

Once your order is successfully made and ready to be shipped out, an email with tracking information will be sent to you. Kindly monitor your inbox to see your tracking number and you can follow the package all the way home.
You can also proactively track your order status by logging into your account (or signing up if you haven't had an account yet) on our website and navigating to My Account > My order.
With busy special occasions including (but not limited to) Valentine’s Day, Women’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and Halloween or Christmas, production and delivery time might extend a few days longer. Our cut-off times should be publicly shown on our website. We do not guarantee the on time arrival or take responsibility for late delivery of orders placed after cut-off dates.
Shipping Fee
Shipping fee will be calculated at checkout. It depends on the shipping location and items’ weight.

You may need to pay extra when your order has to go through custom.

Free Shipping and Expedited Shipping Service
Free Standard Shipping will automatically be applied for orders satisfying ALL conditions below:

U.S domestic orders
Over $70 after applying any available discount code
Not include Canvas, Poster, Doormat and Metal Sign
Express Shipping is now available for Mug and Ornament orders. You should expect to receive your packages within 2 - 5 business days after the needed production time (1 - 5 business days). For other items, we are working tirelessly to make this ability enabled in the future.

Delivery Areas
Our products can be shipped to US, UK and EU countries, except for:

Pillow is only available within the mainland US.
Large packages like Canvas or Metal Sign cannot be shipped to a P.O address. In this case, we need your physical address to ensure the safe and quick delivery.
We cannot ship to Army addresses, but we are looking into how our products can be delivered to these places.
Kindly be advised that we cannot ship your order to a non-postal address ormultiple addresses. Please provide us your mailing one or place separate orders in case you want to ship each item to different places.

Incorrect/Insufficient Shipping Address
Please make sure all details, including the recipient’s name, are correct. Otherwise, the items will be returned to our shipping partners’ warehouses and disposed of by them. Trending Custom is not responsible for the unsuccessful delivery of your order due to the incorrect/insufficient shipping information.

If you would like to change your address, please reach out to us within 2 hours of placing your order. After 2 hours, we cannot modify your delivery details.

We might attempt to contact you to get your confirmation if there are problems with your shipping address like wrong city/state spelling or incorrect ZIP code. Kindly note that we cannot guarantee the on time delivery of your order in these scenarios.

Is this e-bike street legal in my area?

Our e-bikes are designed for off-road or private property use unless otherwise stated. Regulations vary by state and country. Please check your local laws regarding speed, power, and road use before riding.

Who is this bike best suited for?

This bike is ideal for experienced riders looking for high performance, speed, and torque. It may not be suitable for beginners or riders unfamiliar with powerful electric bikes.

Do I need a license or registration to ride this bike?

Requirements vary by location. In some areas, high-speed or high-power e-bikes may require registration, insurance, or a license. Please consult local regulations.

Are taxes or duties included in the price?

E-bikes are shipped tax-free with free shipping. Accessories may be subject to a 10% tax, depending on the destination.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), as well as supported installment payment providers shown at checkout.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through encrypted and PCI-compliant payment gateways. We never store your full card details.

Can I cancel or change my order after payment?

Orders can only be modified or canceled before shipment. Once the bike has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Do you confirm orders before shipping?

Yes. For high-value orders, we may contact you by email or SMS to confirm purchase details before shipment to prevent fraud and ensure order accuracy.

After-Sales & Warranty

What is considered “normal wear and tear”?

Items such as brake pads, tires, chains, and bearings are considered wear-and-tear parts and are not covered under warranty unless defective upon arrival.

Does the warranty cover accidental damage?

No. Damage caused by crashes, misuse, water immersion, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications is not covered under warranty.

Can I return the bike after riding it?

Due to the nature of the product, used e-bikes are not eligible for free returns. Please inspect all specifications carefully before riding.

What if I don’t know how to assemble or maintain the bike?

We provide installation guides and video tutorials. Basic mechanical knowledge is recommended. Improper assembly may cause damage or safety risks.

Are modifications allowed?

Any third-party or self-modifications are done at the rider’s own risk and may void the warranty.

What happens if the bike gets damaged during riding?

High-performance e-bikes involve higher speeds and risks. Riders are responsible for safe operation and proper protective gear. Damage caused during riding is not considered a manufacturing defect.
